This MUST not be used for conditions that are urgent or life threatening. You may be redirected to alternative sources of medical assistance due to the nature of your query.
Flu vaccination update 13/12/18 - Over 65s and other eligible adults
Please telephone to book an appointment if you have not yet had your flu vaccination.
We have plenty of vaccine left for At Risk adults under 65 years (click link for information about eligibility)
We have vaccinated over 300 more Over 65s than in previous years and have no more vaccine for this age group. If we are allocated any additional vaccine as the NHS redistributes surplus supplies from other practices, we will update this notice.
Update on phone system 22/11/2018
Our new phone system is now in place - please call 0208 979 3253 to get through to the surgery.
From Saturday 22nd September, Saturday appointments will be at Giggs Hill Surgery.
East Elmbridge Extended Access Service
You may be offered an appointment in the Emberbrook Community Centre for Health in Thames Ditton outside of normal working hours.
These appointments are on the same basis as our normal appointments. There are book on the day or routine appointments.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call your own surgery before 5pm so the appointment can be offered to other patients.
These clinics are best suited for patients for patients who cannot attend the surgery during the normal working day.

We are a large friendly general practice serving the population of Molesey, Thames Ditton and surrounding areas from two surgeries - Glenlyn Medical Centre in East Molesey and Giggs Hill Surgery at Emberbrook Community Centre for Health in Thames Ditton.
Our website aims to provide clear and concise information about our services and how to access them, from surgery times and contact details to letting us know what you think of us.
Our dedicated team are here to treat minor ailments as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues.
We offer extended hours for the convenience of working patients - early appointments are available at both surgeries and weekday evening / Saturday morning appointments are available to all patients at Glenlyn Medical Centre.
By opting in to our online services, patients can order a repeat prescription, book appointments and view their medical record online.

Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided.
We are actively recruiting patients who are interested in working with us to improve communication with patients and services at the practice - ask reception to put you in touch or visit our Patient Participation Group page if you would like to know more.

Both of our surgeries have step-free access and are wheelchair accessible, with dedicated disabled parking bays and lift access to the first floor. The new NHS Accessible Information Standard explains how we can help patients with specific communication needs access our services. If you have a disability or communication need that is not immediately visible, please do let us know.
